This is a sedimentation index measurement test that can assess the quality of wheat gluten and the effects of pests.
In conducting the Zereny test, all necessary equipment is prepared. The shaker can simultaneously shake up to 6 samples. The shaking operation is automatically adjusted to the specified 40 revolutions per minute and displays the rotation speed on the screen. After 5 minutes of operation, it automatically stops and emits an audio notification. It is equipped with 6 individual timers. You can monitor the remaining time for the shaking operation and the ambient temperature from the screen.
